You may need to adjust some of your home or office printer’s settings to get the best result when printing our calendars.
The calendars are designed to suit A4 paper in a landscape orientation. By default most printers will attempt to print your calendar in a portrait orientation which will not give a good result.
After clicking the download button on this website your calendar will either open automatically or download to the computer. You will need to open the pdf file and select the Print option.
Best print settings for our printable calendars:
- Paper Size: A4
- Orientation: Landscape
- Print Size: Fit to size
- Margins: 0 margin (allows calendar to go to the edge of the paper)
Note: The settings and options above may vary depending on the type of printer you have. Some trial and error may be necessary.
If your printer has a print preview option then you can use that and experiment with the settings to get your calendar to fit correctly.
